A Unified Model for Multi-Satellite Imaging Mission Planning in Various Scenarios

Multi-satellite imaging mission planning (MSIMP) has been difficult in various scenarios due to the complex constraints of multi-satellite imaging, wide area covered by target points, and difficulty achieving different requirements a short period time with limited satellite resources. In addressing this challenge, work investigates based on Unified Plan Model Improved Adaptive Differential Evolution algorithm (UPM-IADE). First, unified model is built two scenarios: large-scale an emergency support mission, then assignment framework adaptively selected priority. Second, monorail task synthesis method visible windows created clarify execution relationship between point. Finally, individual weight ranking rule developed, used combine fitness value diversity into final ranking, which select individuals that satisfy mutation strategy pool for adaptive selection. Experiments 1, 2, 3, 4 have demonstrated UPM-IADE can successfully resolve both while providing remarkable performance terms high benefit rapid response.
